How does hosting and the domain name work?

To make your life as easy as possible, I handle the technical side and host your website on one of my servers (secure and based in France). For the first year, your domain name registration and hosting are fully included in the €1,000 price. After that, I offer a “Peace of Mind” package at €150 per year: this covers your domain renewal, hosting, and my regular checks to ensure your site is online and secure. Rest assured: you remain the owner of your domain. If you ever wish to take over, you can transfer it.

I don’t know what to write on my website, will you help me?

Absolutely. If writing isn’t your strong suit or if you lack inspiration, I have prepared a simple questionnaire to guide you and extract the right information about your business. Then, we will shape it together. Regarding visuals, I will encourage you to use real photos of your work rather than generic stock images: that is what reassures your future clients the most.

What happens if I want to make a change once the site is live?

The idea is that you shouldn’t have to deal with the technical stuff. For a quick, small modification (fixing a sentence, changing a phone number), a simple message is all it takes and I’ll handle it. If it’s a larger update (like replacing an entire photo gallery or adding a new page), we’ll discuss it and I’ll provide a clear, transparent quote based on the working time required.

How long does it take to create “The Essential: Showcase” (One-Page) website?

Once we validate the project together and I have your basic assets (texts and core photos), expect it to take between 15 days and 1 month to have a fully functional, tested website online. For the “Custom-Built” offer, the timeframe will be defined in the quote depending on the complexity of the requested features.

How do we communicate during the project?

The vast majority of our work is easily done via video call or phone, which saves both of us time. However, if your business is located in Toulouse and you prefer an initial face-to-face meeting, we can definitely meet for a coffee downtown to discuss your project in person.
