Respect for privacy

Bax&Web is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell any of your personal data. We only collect what is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the app.

Use of the Microphone

Access to the microphone is required exclusively for the frequency analysis of the tuner. All audio data is processed locally, in real time, on your device. No sound is recorded, saved, or transmitted to our servers.

Data collected

If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address, your username, and, if you use Apple sign-in, your first and last name provided by Apple. This data is used solely for authentication and the future backup of your rhythms.

Third-party providers (Subprocessors)

We use secure third-party services to operate the application:
– Firebase (Google) for account management and authentication.
– RevenueCat for the secure management of in-app purchases and subscriptions.
These data may be transferred to servers outside the European Union, protected by standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Local storage

Currently, your custom rhythms (presets) and settings (tempo, haptics) are saved locally on your device.

Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app’s ‘Profile’ menu. For any other questions, contact us at admin@bax-web.fr.
